Resumo: Palliative car has the main objective of extending the lives of seriously ill patients who put life at risk, relieving pain, which is based on the control of symptoms, whether physical, psychological, social or spiritual. It is to make death definitely not the end, but to make the last dys, months or years, with more joy, communion and peace, despite the disease that affects it. It is promoting conforting dignity, quality, knowledge and respect for life, giving support and attencion to both the patient and their family members. In this sense, humanizing is saving the essence of man, humanity must follow the principle of seeking humannization, because humanizacion has ability to speak and listen to dialogue in interpersonal relationships, to understand and seek Peace. To understand it in particular, in order to create the well-being of patients and caregivers who need care. For this, it is necessary to train qualified professionals, who can fully, care for these patients and promotee humanized and qualitative ccare, to make the purpose of these patients more vivid.

É fazer com que a morte não seja definitivamente o fim, mas fazer com que os últimos dias, meses ou anos, sejam com mais alegria, comunhão e paz, apesar da moléstia que o atinge. É promover conforto, dignidade, qualidade, conhecimento e respeito a vida, dando apoio, atenção tanto ao paciente quanto aos seus familiares. Nesse sentido, humanizar é salvar a essência do homem, a humanidade deve seguir o princípio de buscar a humanização, porque a humanização tem a capacidade de falar e ouvir o diálogo nas relações interpessoais, para compreender e buscar a paz. Para compreende-lo em particular, a fim de criar o bem-estar dos pacientes e cuidadores que precisam de cuidados.
