Resumo: Development of an application to facilitate follow-up on cardiac patients. This work describes the development of a project composed of an API, database, and mobile and web interfaces. The web interface allows health professionals to, remotely, register care procedures and monitor the rehabilitation of patients. The mobile interface allows patients to visualise the prescribed orientations for their recovery. Market-prevalent technologies were utilized, and UX tests were passed. This work demonstrates the ample need for auxiliary technologies in medicine.

O presente trabalho descreve um projeto de desenvolvimento de soluções, composto de uma API, um banco de dados, interface móvel e web. A interface web permite que profissionais de saúde possam, remotamente, cadastrar cuidados e acompanhar a reabilitação de pacientes cardíacos. A interface móvel permite que pacientes visualizem suas prescrições e orientações médicas durante sua reabilitação. Foram utilizadas tecnologias prevalentes no mercado e realizados testes de usabilidade.
