Resumo: As market developments are required, ERP manufacturers are constantly recreating themselves to keep the market conquered while seeking new customers. These inactive changes change managers to adjust their role models. Like any other business, a relentless pursuit is a low cost, and remote service slows the steady improvement of the Internet connection and new technologies leverage service evolution, breaking the old culture of face-to-face calendars. Some limiting points of the remote model make it difficult to sell the product for a product that requires customer adjustments, time and money, or the power to convince needs to be worked hard to succeed.

Essas inerentes mudanças forçam os gestores a ajustarem seus modelos de atuação. Como qualquer outra empresa uma busca incessante é a diminuição dos custos, e o atendimento remoto somado a melhoria constante da conexão de internet e as novas tecnologias alavancam a evolução no atendimento, quebrando a velha cultura das agendas presenciais.
