It is with great satisfaction that the Scientific Committee of the I JOURNEY ACADÉMICA DE NUTRIÇÃO, in partnership with Revista InterScientia, organized the Annals containing the approved abstracts and which were part of the of the event, aiming to contemplate the complexity and diversity of content about Nutrition within the health area. We hope that the content of these Annals will serve the open, democratic debate and non-hegemonic for the development of the area of ​​knowledge, domain and intervention in Nutrition, because we know the importance of professionals always In their practices and intensifiers of their knowledge, in order to review the law and the best nutritional supplements to the entire population that needs it. The Annals, as well as the entire scientific program of the event, were organized publicity and the engagement of nutritionists, students, teachers and researchers with the development and strengthening of Nutrition, as well as seeking, encouraging the scientific production of the community academic, through the elaboration of works in the diverse areas of the sciences of the nutrition and dissemination of projects developed without nutrition in the course. In this way, it strengthens the training of future professionals and commitment to the quality of information disseminated in the medium there. Also noteworthy is the effort and dedication of the guiding professors and of the student participants of the event, which culminated in this publication, constituting an incentive to participate in events organized by the Graduation course in Nutrition and by the University Center of João Pessoa – UNIPÊ.
