Introduction: Autism is a disorder that involves the entire development process of the individual, presenting a wide range of motor symptoms. Objective: to verify, from the integrative literature review, the motor disorders in autistic spectrum disorder. Methodology: The research consisted of searching articles using the following national and international electronic databases: Scielo, PubMed and Lilacs. The following descriptors were used: Autism, motor disorders and motor skills, equivalent in Portuguese or English. A comparative study and cross-sectional studies that analyzed the alterations in the motor skills of the autistic person were included. Results: Of the 14 publications selected in the searched databases, 11 were excluded, resulting in 3 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Conclusion: It can be revealed that individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder have major changes in motor skills, having less precision in performing simultaneous gestures, deficits in fine and gross motor skills, having a relationship with the severity of autism and that children with ASD have below average gross motor skills when compared to typically developing children.
