Resumo: | This article aims to articulate bibliographical and documentary research actions, as a way to confronting violence against indigenous women, with the purpose of making visible the various forms of violence that cross these racialized, gendered and silenced bodies. With this purpose and organized from an epistemic and methodological perspective of Decolonial Feminism, aware that violence against these women is part of a project of colonial and racist domination and deterritorialization of these communities, the research articulates a still incipient discussion, which brings the body, gender and communities closer to native peoples. In general terms, given the difficulties in applying the Maria da Penha Law and the compatibility of state law with indigenous law, as well as due to the underreporting of this form of violence, it is intended to make visible the various forms of violence committed against indigenous women, in addition to propose the improvement of mechanisms for access to justice. Finally, considering that the roots of the problem are linked to the struggle of indigenous peoples for territory and natural resources, proposals to combat and prevent violence against these women need to involve an effort from the entire community. In this way, Communal Feminisms present themselves as a means of defending the territory and the body of women, as they operate the concept of body-territory as a form of resistance to patriarchy, colonialism and neoliberalism. |

Violence against indigenous womenViolência contra mulheres indígenasThis article aims to articulate bibliographical and documentary research actions, as a way to confronting violence against indigenous women, with the purpose of making visible the various forms of violence that cross these racialized, gendered and silenced bodies. In this way, Communal Feminisms present themselves as a means of defending the territory and the body of women, as they operate the concept of body-territory as a form of resistance to patriarchy, colonialism and neoliberalism.O presente artigo tem o objetivo de articular as ações de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, como uma forma de enfrentamento à violência contra as mulheres indígenas, com o propósito de visibilizar as diversas formas de violência que atravessam esses corpos racializados, generificados e emudecidos.
