Resumo: The objective of the research was to identify, through an intersectional analysis, the types and modalities of violence that mostly occur against indigenous women in two states of Mexico and identify which were the main identities that make women vulnerable. The research is qualitative of a descriptive and exploratory type. The data was collected from interviews. The results show that the most frequent type of violence is sexual violence, mainly perpetrated by their partner, in the family environment. The intersectional analysis made it possible to identify that low schooling, little support networking, marrying, or joining with their partner in adolescence and being economically dependent on the partner makes women more vulnerable violence.

A pesquisa é do tipo exploratório, descritivo e qualitativo. Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina2021-07-21info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionEnfoque cualitativo; Entrevistaapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/ref/article/view/6320710.1590/1806-9584-2021v29n163207Revista Estudos Feministas; Vol. 29 No. 1 (2021)Revista Estudos Feministas; Vol. 29 Núm. 1 (2021)Revista Estudos Feministas; v. 29 n. 1 (2021)1806-95840104-026Xreponame:Revista Estudos Feministasinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)instacron:UFSCspahttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/ref/article/view/63207/46659Copyright (c) 2021 Revista Estudos Feministashttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessJuárez Moreno, MarianaRaesfeld, Lydia JosefaDurán González, Rosa Elena2021-07-21T16:46:28Zoai:periodicos.ufsc.br:article/63207Revistahttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/ref/indexPUBhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/ref/oai||ref@cfh.ufsc.br1806-95840104-026Xopendoar:2022-11-21T11:38:49.535693Revista Estudos Feministas - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)true
