Resumo: The study in particular, examines the issues to consider for the creation of a Management Model for a National Library of Teachers employed by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Paraguay. Considering this as a key resource and indispensable to facilitate the construction and development of educational reform by providing library materials and providing parameters for effective functionality. With services available to all users, set within current processes with the purpose of satisfy the demands of the curriculum, as the country's educational policy and become an information center, research and research and consult about educational information at the service of the citizen.

Considerando a esta como un recurso clave e indispensable para facilitar la construcción y desarrollo de la reforma educativa facilitando materiales bibliográficos y brindando parámetros para su funcionalidad efectiva. Con servicios al alcance de todos los usuarios, enmarcados en procesos actualizados a fin de cumplir con las exigencias del programa de estudio, conforme la política educativa del país y convertirse en un centro de orientación, investigación y consulta de información educativa al servicio del ciudadano del país.O estudo em particular examina os aspectos a serem considerados para a criação de um "Modelo de Gestão para uma Biblioteca Nacional de Professores" que depende do Ministério da Educação e Cultura do Paraguai.
