Resumo: | This article reports an intervention that took place in an operational group carried out with teachers from different locations who had to adapt to emergency remote education (ERE, Brazilian acronym) in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The objectives were to welcome teachers, analyze their difficulties with ERE, and rethink their remote classes in order to make them more critical. During the intervention, the teachers complained about their difficulties in preparing remote classes, their stress due to continuous exposure to the Internet, and their difficulties in guiding parents on how to monitor students’ remote learning. Thus, the intervention debate valued the teacher's role as an essential worker who helps individuals interpret this pandemic moment. The welcoming group was a valuable device to expose the difficulties and reflect on the development of critical actions concerning ERE. Keywords: Education. Emergency remote education. Teachers. Psychology.O presente relato narra uma intervenção que se deu através de um grupo operativo realizado com professores de diversas localidades que tiveram que se adaptar ao ensino remoto emergencial (ERE) diante da pandemia de Covid-19. Os objetivos eram: acolher os professores, analisar suas dificuldades frente a ERE e repensar as aulas remotas, de forma a torná-las mais críticas. As professoras durante a intervenção queixaram-se de suas dificuldades na elaboração de aulas remotas, stress por exposição contínua na internet, dificuldade em orientar os pais no acompanhamento dos alunos frente ao ensino remoto. Dessa forma, o embate na intervenção valorizou a função da professora como uma trabalhadora essencial que auxilia o sujeito a interpretar esse momento pandêmico. O grupo de acolhimento foi um dispositivo de grande valia para explicitar as dificuldades e na reflexão no desenvolvimento de ações críticas frente ao ERE. Palavras-chave: Educação.
