Teacher training and technology: an experience between beginning teachers and experienced teachers

Resumo: This article aims to reflect on the closeness between experienced teachers (PE, Brazilian acronym) and beginning teachers (PI, Brazilian acronym), made possible in a training course in digital inclusion. The participants of this study are two teachers from a municipal education network and two academic professionals from a computer science teaching degree program. The research is based on the theoretical studies by Moran (2012), Nóvoa (2007, 2009), Pimenta (2012), Tardif (2013), and other authors. Based on the oral history methodology, data were collected through interviews. The feelings and opinions expressed by the participants of the research make us realize that technologies open up new possibilities for education but demand a new attitude on the part of the teacher. Teaching experienceEste artigo tem o intuito de refletir sobre a aproximação de professores experientes (PE) e professores iniciantes (PI), a partir de um curso de formação em inclusão digital. Os participantes desse estudo são duas professoras da Rede Municipal de Ensino e dois acadêmicos do curso de Licenciatura em Computação. A pesquisa tem como base teórica os estudos desenvolvidos por Moran (2012), Nóvoa (2007, 2009), Pimenta (2012), Tardif (2013) e outros autores. Com base na metodologia de história oral, os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista. Os sentimentos e opiniões elucidados pelos participantes da pesquisa, nos fazem perceber que as tecnologias abrem novas possibilidades à educação, mas que exigem uma nova postura do professor.
