Resumo: | The research aimed at evaluating the physical alterations of the yellow passion fruit (Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa Degener), produced in different seasons in the South of Minas Gerais State, Brazil. The experimental design used was a completely randomized one, with three treatments (seasons): GS1 (May to July/1995), low temperature and rainfall; GS2 (October to December/1995), moderate temperature and rainfall, and GS3 (January to March/1996), high temperature and rainfall, ten replications and five fruits per plot. The fruits produced in GS2 were significantly better for mass, length, diameter and number of seeds, but GS1 provided the smallest rind thickness and highest juice content. |

Pesquisa Agropecuaria BrasileiraPesquisa Agropecuária BrasileiraNascimento, Tânia Brito doRamos, José DarlanMenezes, Josivan Barbosa1999-12-01info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/5556Pesquisa Agropecuaria Brasileira; v.34, n.12, dez. 1999; 2353-2358Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira; v.34, n.12, dez. 1999; 2353-23581678-39210100-104xreponame:Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online)instname:Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)instacron:EMBRAPAporhttps://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pab/article/view/5556/2747info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2010-06-29T18:49:29Zoai:ojs.seer.sct.embrapa.br:article/5556Revistahttp://seer.sct.embrapa.br/index.php/pabPRIhttps://old.scielo.br/oai/scielo-oai.phppab@sct.embrapa.br || sct.pab@embrapa.br1678-39210100-204Xopendoar:2010-06-29T18:49:29Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (Online) - Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)false |
