Resumo: | Vegetative propagation of imbuya (Ocotea porosa) and the germination process of its seeds is slow, justifying tetrazolium test, that is faster for verifying viability of seeds. Seeds of Colombo (PR) native trees were collected and treated with 0.1 %, 0.3 % and 0.5 % tetrazolium solutions for one and two hours, presenting percentual variation associated with the different treatments. No statistical significant differences were observed among different treatments. Viable seeds varied among 50 % and 85 %. Tetrazolium 0.5 % for one hour was suggested as the minimum for verifying viability of imbuya seeds. |

Embrapa Florestas2010-03-15info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/article/view/55Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira; n. 57 (2008): jul./dez.; 69Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira; No. 57 (2008): jul./dez.; 691983-26051809-3647reponame:Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira (Online)instname:Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)instacron:EMBRAPAporhttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/article/view/55/55Kalil Filho, Antonio NascimLopes, Alexandre JacobusRêgo, Gizelda MaiaTomachitz, Adilsoninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2017-04-28T14:07:37Zoai:pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb:article/55Revistahttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/PUBhttps://pfb.cnpf.embrapa.br/pfb/index.php/pfb/oaipfb@embrapa.br || revista.pfb@gmail.com || patricia.mattos@embrapa.br1983-26051809-3647opendoar:2017-04-28T14:07:37Pesquisa Florestal Brasileira (Online) - Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa)false |
