Resumo: | The hypothesis tested was the improved growth of castanha-do-gurguéia (Dipteryx lacunifera Ducke) seedlings inoculated with Claroideoglomus etunicatum growing in a substrate formed with goat manure. Ninety days after sowing, we evaluated: plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of leaflets, root length, root diameter, root volume, secondary root numbers, root dry mass, shoot dry mass. The indices of quality seedlings were evaluated the relationship between shoot height and stem diameter, the relationship between shoot dry mass and root dry mass, and the Dickson quality index. Inoculation of the substrate with the isolated Claroideoglomus etunicatum promotes growth and increase in biomass for castanha-do-gurguéia seedlings. The level of 10% of goat manure in sand promoted the growth of castanha-do-gurguéia seedlings. |

The level of 10% of goat manure in sand promoted the growth of castanha-do-gurguéia seedlings.A hipótese testada foi de que ocorre potencialização do crescimento de mudas castanha-do-gurguéia (Dipteryx lacunifera Ducke) em substrato formado com esterco caprino e inoculadas com Claroideoglomus etunicatum. Aos 90 dias após a semeadura foram avaliados: altura de planta, diâmetro do caule, número de folhas, número de folíolos, comprimento radicular, diâmetro radicular, volume radicular, números de raízes secundarias, massa seca de raízes e, massa seca da parte aérea. Os índices de qualidade de mudas avaliados foram a relação entre a altura da parte aérea e o diâmetro do caule, a relação entre a massa seca da parte aérea e a massa seca da raiz e o índice de qualidade de Dickson. A inoculação do substrato com o isolado C. etunicatum promove o crescimento e incremento de fitomassa de mudas de castanha-do-gurguéia.
