Implementation of active learning methods: Eniac experience

Resumo: | This article describes the process of active learning methods implementation in the ENIAC College, in order to describe successes and difficulties encountered during this trajectory. The results indicated the students involvement in educational activities, as well their participation in the construction of scenarios that support active learning. As for the faculty involved in this process, it was observed difficulty in detachment from traditional methods, which consequently generated resistance to changes. Subsequently, discussions generated from the path followed by the solutions made possible the construction of concepts and thereby the effective learning. |

Subsequently, discussions generated from the path followed by the solutions made possible the construction of concepts and thereby the effective learning.Este artigo relata o processo de implantação de métodos de aprendizagem ativos no âmbito do Colégio ENIAC, com o objetivo de descrever sucessos e dificuldades encontradas durante esta trajetória. Os resultados indicaram o envolvimento dos estudantes nas atividades educacionais, bem como a participação dos mesmos na construção de cenários que apoiam a aprendizagem ativa. Quanto ao corpo docente envolvido neste processo, observou-se dificuldade no desprendimento dos métodos tradicionais, o que consequemente gerou resistência frente às mudanças. Posteriormente, as discussões geradas a partir do caminho seguido até as soluções possibilitaram a construção de conceitos e desse modo o aprendizado efetivo.
