Resumo: Evidencing that practically in every organization there is a need to hire labor from Outsourced Service Providers, especially with a lack of manpower or not having specialists in all areas, and this scenario requires criteria and procedures that establish guidelines, attitudes and behaviors to be adopted with regard to the hiring and management of service providers and their employees. Therefore, the objective of this work is to demonstrate that defining the competencies and responsibilities of those involved in the contracting and management processes of service providers has become essential to ensure the Safety and Health of outsourced workers who need to carry out activities on the organization's premises. Being used as a methodology, the application of an incisive and objective questionnaire, it is possible to get a closer view of the day-to-day life of the professionals who work directly in these hires and how their actions are in the face of the problems that may arise in these cases. . With this, the present work is able to contribute with a statistical conclusion of the consequences, above all, of the impacts resulting to labor processes involving labor of Outsourced Service Providers that the organization is subject, even more in those that are totally or partially oblivious to the guidelines in the Occupational Health and Safety.

Centro Universitário ENIAC2021-09-01info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://ojs.eniac.com.br/index.php/EniacPesquisa/article/view/77010.22567/rep.v10i2.770Revista Eniac Pesquisa; Vol. 10 No. 2 (2021); 198-216REVISTA ENIAC PESQUISA; Vol. 10 Núm. 2 (2021); 198-216REVISTA ENIAC PESQUISA; v. 10 n. 2 (2021); 198-2162316-234110.22567/rep.v10i2reponame:Revista ENIAC pesquisainstname:Centro Universitário Eniacinstacron:ENIACporhttps://ojs.eniac.com.br/index.php/EniacPesquisa/article/view/770/799Copyright (c) 2021 REVISTA ENIAC PESQUISAhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessPanaino, Maria de Fatima NentesSanchez, Renato de Brito2024-07-09T18:47:57Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/770Revistahttps://ojs.eniac.com.br/index.php/EniacPesquisaPRIhttp://ojs.eniac.com.br/index.php/EniacPesquisa/oai||revistaeniacpesquisa@fernandoasantos.com.br2316-23412316-2341opendoar:2024-07-09T18:47:57Revista ENIAC pesquisa - Centro Universitário Eniacfalse
