Resumo: | This study is aimed to describe the construction of knowledge through active methodology in the classroom to preparing the student for the labor market and describes the advantages of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology in integration projects of higher education in Eniac – Fapi College offered in traditional classroom mode. The study was conducted in the first half of 2015 with students of Management and Marketing courses as a pilot in the application of PBL method in the classroom and consisted in the preparation of the planning, organization and execution of an artistic event. The results were satisfactory according to an evaluation made by the examination board composed by teachers who accompanied all the phases of the project creation and by the feedback given by students that experienced the problematic proposed as part of their professional training and was demonstrated by a supporting research. Thus, we could perceive the effectiveness of PBL methodology as an essential element in the formation of the student at the top level on the mentioned courses and may be extended to other courses offered by the institution. |

Thus, we could perceive the effectiveness of PBL methodology as an essential element in the formation of the student at the top level on the mentioned courses and may be extended to other courses offered by the institution.Este estudo tem por intuito relatar a experiência da construção do conhecimento por meio de metodologias ativas em sala de aula na preparação do aluno para o mercado de trabalho e descrever as vantagens de aplicação do método Problem Based Learning (PBL) aos projetos integradores dos cursos superiores da Faculdade Eniac - Fapi oferecidos na modalidade presencial. O estudo foi realizado no primeiro semestre de 2015 com os alunos dos cursos de Administração e Marketing como piloto na aplicação do método PBL em sala de aula e cuja problemática consistiu na elaboração do planejamento, organização e execução de um evento artístico. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios conforme avaliação realizada pela banca examinadora composta pelos docentes que acompanharam todas as etapas da criação do projeto e pelo feedback dado pelos discentes sobre a vivência da situação problema proposta como elemento de sua formação profissionalizante e demonstrada por uma pesquisa comprobatória. Dessa forma, percebe-se a efetividade da metodologia PBL como elemento essencial na formação do sujeito no nível superior nos cursos mencionados, podendo estender-se aos demais cursos oferecidos pela Instituição.
