Resumo: Objective: to report the experience of a resident of the Family and Community Health program in the action of the NASF project in schools, addressing aspects related to human development, emotion management, sex education, STI prevention and teenage pregnancy as a strategic action to promote and health prevention focused on adolescent students from two schools in the administrative region of Fercal. Method: descriptive study of the experience report type regarding the action carried out by the NASF Caliandra team from June to October 2022 through conversation circles with adolescent students. Results: challenges were identified in carrying out and continuing the action regarding the flow of adolescents and their lack of importance, as well as the predetermined spaces and the non-involvement of one of the schools. Conclusions: it was found important to strengthen joint strategies between health, education to face difficulties in the teaching learning process and/or in the development of socio-emotional skills for different reasons.

Conclusions: it was found important to strengthen joint strategies between health, education to face difficulties in the teaching learning process and/or in the development of socio-emotional skills for different reasons.   Objetivo: relatar a experiência de uma residente do programa de Saúde da Família e Comunidade na ação do projeto NASF nas escolas abordando aspectos relativos ao desenvolvimento humano, gestão das emoções, educação sexual, prevenção de ISTs e gravidez na adolescência como ação estratégica de promoção e prevenção de saúde com foco em estudantes adolescentes de duas escolas da região administrativa da Fercal. Método: estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência referente à ação realizada pela equipe NASF Caliandra do período de junho à novembro de 2022 por meio de rodas de conversas com estudantes adolescentes. Resultados: foram identificados desafios na realização e continuidade da ação no tocante ao fluxo dos adolescentes e a não importância dos mesmos, bem como em relação aos espaços predeterminados e o não envolvimento das escolas.
