Resumo: Ethics of law pressuposes verification of the fundamental murder, concerning the parricide carried out by the horde capable of arousting in the collective the feeling of guilt that blocks unrestrained action. The law, thus established, is truly anthropological, and is the behaviorial, ethical command of the entire Society, presente in its ontology.
