Resumo: The following study analyses the brazilian microsystem ofcollective procedures, trying to investigate why does it exists and which are the main mechanisms that allows the protection of the collective rights in our country. To achieve this, it evaluates the leading forms of law reunion, comparing them to verify which specie would be the most appropriate for the brazilian collective procedure. In the end, it seeks the answer for the question that disturbs all the studious of this topic: in Brazil, would it be practicable to build a Collective Procedures Code?

Para tanto, avaliam-se as principais formas de reunião legislativa, cotejando-as de maneira a evidenciar qual espécie seria a mais adequada para o processo coletivo nacional.
