Resumo: Parkinson's disease causes degeneration of the nervous system impacting the patient's quality of life, as tremor, rigidity and bradykinesia prevent the development of routine activities. For this, physical therapy interventions are an option to monitor the evolution of the disease and promote an interventional treatment. To discuss physical therapy as a form of intervention for the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, to improve the patient's quality of life. This is a systematic literature review, through the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria of articles, to enable the analysis of 10 articles. From the analysis of the works, it is possible to perceive the relevance of the scales of the Parkinson's treatment, because, in addition to the classification of the disease's progress, it allows the physical therapist to establish interventional parameters that improve the patient's quality of life. In this sense, the physical therapist, through the scales proposed by Hoehn and Yahr, will be able to intervene in the patient's condition, to reduce rigidity, tremor, and bradykinesia, impacting quality in a positive way, by allowing daily activities to be carried out. with autonomy.

Para isso, as intervenções fisioterapêuticas são uma opção para monitorar e evolução da doença e promover um tratamento interventivo. Discutir a fisioterapia enquanto forma de intervenção para os sintomas da doença de Parkinson, de modo a melhorar a qualidade de vida do paciente. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, através da aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e de exclusão dos artigos, de modo a viabilizar a análise de 10 artigos. A partir da análise dos trabalhos é possível perceber a relevância das escalas do tratamento do Parkinson, pois, além da classificação do avanço da doença permite que o fisioterapeuta estabeleça parâmetros interventivos que melhorem a qualidade de vida do paciente.
