Tal finitude se faz consciente por meio da temporalidade de seu corpo, de sua alma ou de sua psique. No entanto, é também infinito, segundo a perspectiva da teologia judaico-cristã. Complexo e perplexo ante as relações nas quais está envolto, ante a seus caracteres antropológicos no que tange à sua identidade cultural, espiritual e material, e que compõem seu status identitário como indivíduo, o qual está associado às mutações ambientais que interferem em suas estruturas física e mental e aos acontecimentos inesperados do contexto imediato. Involucrado nas matizes do tecido psíquico social das relações humanas, desagua em consequente paradoxo existencial, fruto de uma sociedade líquida e individualista. É comum havermos de nos questionar a respeito da misterialidade da existência. As culturas que englobam cada grupo social cujos sujeitos compõem o habitat natural destas formas de enfrentar as necessidades básicas, tomando o simbólico como medida de mensuração e regramento social, são construções históricas pelas quais estes grupos criam e recriam, sendo criados da mesma forma, dinamicamente, as vinculações de grupo, bem como suas valorações sempre condicionais ao meio-ambiente. Objetivo: a dissertação tem por escopo buscar elencar alguns possíveis reflexos fenomênicos da transplantação sociocultural do povo pomerano da Europa para o estado do Espírito Santo, que deixou seu habitat trazendo consigo sua cultura e seus laços sociais, vivenciando novas realidades e novas culturas em terras ameríndias e escravocratas, e que lhes acolheu como parte modal de seu processo de desenvolvimento econômico, político, cultural e histórico. Método: Pesquisa histórico-sistemática, de caráter exploratório, com orientação empírico-descritiva. Resultados: Os resultados desta pesquisa abordarão encaminhamentos para enfrentar as consequências negativas do fenômeno social conceituado, isto é, a reflexividade jurídica e social da imigração pomerana ancilada à precarização sociocontratual entre estado brasileiro e imigrantes germânicos. Conclusão: constata-se que a representação social das comunidades pomeranas referencia-se por meio da construção de uma identidade atribuída e autodesignada, dinamicamente, ancilada em vinculações de pertença precarizada – presença diminuta do estado – com efeitos sociocontratuais marcados grandemente pela colaboratividade dos segmentos comunitários ante às suas necessidades concretas, conotando reflexos jurídicos e sociais da imigração pomerana ao conjunto normativo-protetivo do atual estado do Espírito Santo.Introduction: The human being is finite. This finitude is made conscious through the temporality of the person’s body, soul or psyche. However, the human being is also infinite according to the perspective of the Judeo-Christian theology. The human being is complex and perplexing in the face of the relations in which the human being is involved, in the face of their anthropological characteristics as they relate to their cultural, spiritual and mental identity and which make up their identity status as an individual, who is associated to the environmental mutations which interfere in their physical structures and to the unexpected happenings of the immediate context. Involved in the webs of the psycho-social tissue of the human relations, it flows into an existential consequential paradox, fruit of a liquid and individualist society. It is common for us to question about the mysteriousness of existence. The cultures which incorporate each social group the subjects of which make up the natural habitat of these ways of confronting the basic needs, using the symbolic as a unit of social measurement and ordering, are historic constructions through which these groups create and recreate, being created in the same way, dynamically, the ties to the group as well as their valorizations always conditioned to the environment. Goal: the thesis has as its scope to seek to list some possible phenomenic reflections of the social-cultural transplantation of the Pomeranian people from Europe to the state of Espirito Santo, who left their habitat bringing with them their culture and their social ties, experiencing new realities and new cultures in Amerindian and slaveowner lands, and which welcomed them as a modal part of their economic, political, cultural and historic process of development. Method: Historic-systematic research of an exploratory character with an empirical-descriptive orientation. Results: The results of this research will deal with referrals to confront the negative consequences of the conceptualized social phenomenon, that is, the legal and social reflectivity of the Pomeranian immigration tied to the social-contractual precariousness between the Brazilian state and the German immigrants.
