Como esse profissional irá corroborar nesse procedimento que hoje assola toda a sociedade, com apenas a formação inicial? Então, a partir desta reflexão fez-se a indagação sobre como esse docente está sendo formado na interface da teoria e prática e que possa vir de encontro a real necessidade? E, para melhor compreensão, pesquisou-se em vários autores, realizou-se pesquisas em diversas matrizes curriculares dos cursos de Pedagogia e ademais como está a oferta de teoria e prática na realidade da sala de aula. Os estudos teóricos que ocorrem na formação inicial não proporcionam condições que favoreçam para que a prática ocorra no campo real de atuação do pedagogo. E, para dar uma resposta precisa e objetiva, utilizou-se uma rica pesquisa bibliográfica, na intenção de analisar e compreender de forma eficaz e sustentável qual o procedimento cabível para a obtenção da práxis transformadora a partir da formação inicial e também continuada. Acredita-se que a partir da formação docente será possível ocorrer essa tão sonhada transformação na educação brasileira.One lives in a context where the expression “transformation” is called into question and it was in thinking of this reality that the interest emerged to talk about the issue of teacher formation in the initial years, called “pedagogue”. How will this professional corroborate in this procedure which today ravages all of society with only an initial formation? Then, based on this reflection the question was presented about how this teacher is being formed in the interface of theory and practice and how this can meet the real needs? So, for better comprehension, various authors were researched, research was done on various curricular matrixes of Pedagogy programs and, alongside, was the question how is the offer of theory and practice in the reality of the classroom. The theoretical studies which take place in the initial formation do not propitiate conditions which favor the occurrence of practice in the real work field of the pedagogue. And, to give a precise and objective answer, a rich bibliographic research was used with the intention of analyzing and comprehending in an efficient and sustainable way what the appropriate procedure is to obtain a transforming praxis already during the initial formation as well as in the continued formation.
