Essas aprendizagens acontecem? Se sim, de que maneira? Se não, o que impede o desenvolvimento desses processos? O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é investigar as estratégias de gestão do processo de ensino e de aprendizagem quanto à sua eficácia. Para tal, foram analisados documentos institucionais, realizado um aprofundamento bibliográfico acerca dos conceitos envolvidos, bem como aplicado questionários ao longo de três anos (2015, 2016 e 2017) em duas escolas maristas do Rio Grande do Sul, contemplando três públicos: estudantes, professoras e professores e gestoras e gestores. A educação marista é fortemente marcada pelos legados deixados pelo fundador do instituto, Marcelino Champagnat, que deu início à obra na França, em 1817. Com olhar atento e sensível às crianças e jovens, propôs uma educação diferenciada, que oportunizasse as aprendizagens das “coisas de Deus e das ciências”. A inspiração de Marcelino Champagnat promoveu às escolas maristas atuais compreender seus processos pedagógicos como integrantes de uma “escola em pastoral”, com processos integrais envolventes a todos os sujeitos. O olhar integral e integrador também está evidenciado na fundamentação teórica, com Lück, Murici e Chaves, Zabala e Arnau e Murad. Através das pesquisas realizadas, pode-se identificar a relação entre aquilo que os documentos institucionais propõem e aquilo que as e os estudantes aprendem. Quanto às estratégias promovidas por docentes e gestores e gestoras, evidencia-se uma gestão da cultura escolar e a promoção de dinâmicas de sala de aula mais vivenciais, que envolvem os discentes integralmente.The institutional documents, especially the Political Pedagogical Project, reveal options, give foundation to values and propose essential learnings that the students are to learn in a certain confessional school. Does this learning take place? If yes, in what way? If not, what impedes the development of these processes? The genearl goal of this research is to investigate the strategies of management of the teaching and learning process related to its efficaciousness. For such, institutional documents were analyzed, a bibliographical deepening about the concepts involved was carried out, and questionnaires were applied throughout three years (2015, 2016, and 2017) in two Marist schools of Rio Grande do Sul, contemplating three publics: students, teachers and managers. The Marist education is strongly marked by legacies left by the founder of institution, Marcelino Champagnat, who began the work in France in 1817. With an attentive and sensitive look at children and youth he proposed a differentitated education, which would propitiate learning of “the things of God and of the sciences”. Marcelino Champagnat’s inspiration promoted among the current Marist schools the understanding of their pedagogical processes as making up a “school in ministry”, with holistic processes involving all the subjects. The holistic and integrating look also is made evident in the theoretical foundation with Lück, Murici and Chaves, Zabala and Arnau and Murad. Through the research carried out, one can identify the relation between what the institutional documents propose and that which the students learn.
