Resumo: This study analyzes and discuss the importance and characteristics of Therapeutic Singular Project (TSP) as a therapeutic resource in the context of clinical psychosocial care. This is a qualitative research in theoretical perspective of public health. Discussion Groups (DGs) were conducted with professionals from three Centers for Psychosocial Care (CAPS) type III in a northeastern Brazilian city. We analyzed the speeches of health professionals from the identification of their functions in services. Data were organized from three themes: Conceptions Therapeutic, Therapy and Therapeutic Tools in clinical psychosocial care. Demonstrates the need for discussion and building psychosocial care practices that are more collective and based on solid relationships contract capable of respecting the uniqueness and subjectivity of the subject.
