SAÚDE E SEGURANÇA NO TRABALHO: UM ESTUDO NA AES SUL SANTA MARIA

Resumo: Este estudo tem como objetivo geral verificar as práticas relacionadas à Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho na AES Sul, tendo em vista minimizar os riscos de acidentes. A pesquisa compreendeu um estudo de caso, descritivo de cunho qualitativo, e quanto à coleta de informações, realizou-se uma entrevista semi-estruturada composta de dezesseis questões com o responsável pela área em estudo. Verificou-se que a AES Sul investe em segurança e desenvolve inúmeros procedimentos para garanti-la com seus colaboradores e terceiros, bem como garantir também a comunidade durante os trabalhos realizados em vias públicas, em que são tomados cuidados específicos para reduzir o risco de acidentes envolvendo pessoas que circulam no local. Conclui-se que a AES Sul tem como objetivo atender as normas regulamentadoras e outros requisitos legais pertinentes ao setor elétrico, presando pela vida e segurança de cada colaborador através das diversas práticas supracitadas nesse estudo. Palavras-chave: Práticas. Saúde.  Health and Safety at Work: a Study at AES Sul Santa Maria  Abstract: This study has as general objective to verify the practices related to Occupational Health and Safety at AES Sul, in order to minimize the risk of accidents. The research comprised a qualitative descriptive case study, and in the collection of information, a semi-structured interview was made up of sixteen questions with the person in charge of the study area. It was verified that AES Sul invests in safety and develops numerous procedures to guarantee it with its employees and third parties, as well as guaranteeing the community during the works carried out on public roads, where specific care is taken to reduce the risk of accidents Involving people who circulate in the place. It is concluded that AES Sul aims to meet regulatory standards and other legal requirements pertinent to the electric sector, providing for the life and safety of each employee through the various practices mentioned above in this study. Keywords: Practices.
