RELAÇÃO ENTRE ESPIRITUALIDADE NO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO E COMPROMETIMENTO AFETIVO

Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar a percepção da espiritualidade e do comprometimento afetivo nas relações de trabalho sob a ótica dos colaboradores de um Colégio de Educação Básica. Para tanto, apresentou-se um marco conceitual que abordou o conceito de comprometimento organizacional afetivo e as questões da espiritualidade no ambiente de trabalho. Foi feita uma pesquisa de campo através da aplicação de um questionário, cujos resultados foram apresentados em grupo, por características, e posteriormente cruzados entre si e analisados à luz da literatura consultada. Conclui-se que espiritualidade no ambiente de trabalho e comprometimento afetivo possuem grande influencia para construir um ambiente de trabalho agradável, promovendo a união, colaboração, enfim sentimento de pertença. Os resultados podem ser úteis para que a organização busque enriquecer o clima organizacional com participação mais ativa, estimulando e motivando o servidor a assumir outras formas de comprometimento. Palavras-chaves: Espiritualidade, Comprometimento Afetivo, Ambiente de Trabalho.  Spirituality in Relation in the Workplace and Commitment Affective Abstract: The objective of this study was to identify the perception of spirituality and affective commitment in labor relations from the perspective of employees of a Basic College of Education. Therefore, we presented a conceptual framework that addressed the concept of affective organizational commitment and spirituality issues in the workplace. A field survey was carried out through a questionnaire, the results of which were presented in groups by characteristics, and subsequently crossed with each other and analyzed according to the literature. In conclusion, Spirituality in the Workplace and Commitment Affective have great influence to build a pleasant working environment, promoting unity, collaboration, finally sense of belonging. The results may be useful for the organization seeks to enrich the organizational climate with more active participation, stimulating and motivating the server to take other forms of commitment. Keywords: Spirituality.
