Resumo: The present work aimed to find out what changes were made in the educational sector so that the institution's activities could continue during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, aiming to answer whether the institutions intend to adopt the changes permanently after the end of the pandemic. For the results of this article, three interviews were carried out with heads of different educational institutions, the first two with a franchised school, where one was in computer courses and the other in languages, and the last was an agreement school with elementary education. to medium. The results were ascertained and it was noted that the two franchises, no matter how much they want to adopt the changes, do not have autonomy for this, since the partner school has and wants to continue with the changes, becoming a hybrid education system. Finally, it was concluded that COVID-19, despite being malicious to the environment, society and companies, ended up bringing new attitudes, not only in terms of cleaning, but also in relation to a flexible education system.

Finally, it was concluded that COVID-19, despite being malicious to the environment, society and companies, ended up bringing new attitudes, not only in terms of cleaning, but also in relation to a flexible education system.  O presente trabalho teve como objetivo buscar quais as mudanças foram feitas no setor educacional para que fosse dado continuidade as atividades da instituição durante a pandemia do COVID-19 em 2020, visando responder se as instituições pretendem, ou não, adotar as mudanças permanentemente após o fim da pandemia. Para os resultados deste artigo, foram feitas três entrevistas com responsáveis de instituições de ensino diferente, sendo as duas primeiras com escola franquiada, onde uma era de cursos de informática e outra de idiomas, e a última foi uma escola de convênio do ensino do fundamental ao médio. Os resultados foram apurados e notou-se que as duas franquiadas, por mais que queiram adotar as mudanças, não possuem autonomia para isso, já a escola conveniada possui e quer continuar com as mudanças, tornando-se um sistema de ensino hibrido.
