Educational assessment in technological undergraduate courses: challenges during the pandemic

Resumo: This qualitative and quantitative study seeks to reflect on the assessment methods used before and during the period of social distancing caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The object of study was a public network of professional, higher education institutions in the state of São Paulo. Based on the theoretical framework and the questionnaire sent to teachers and network managers, the perception of respondents about the assessment of the learning process of technological undergraduate students, compared to procedures used before the social distancing measures, suggests the need for a review of the prevalence of the content to be assessed and a reflection on the measurement of the results expected of students in professional courses in higher education.

A partir del referente teórico y del cuestionario enviado a los docentes y gestores de las redes, la percepción de los entrevistados acerca de la evaluación del proceso de aprendizaje de los alumnos de las graduaciones tecnológicas en comparación con procedimientos utilizados antes de las medidas de aislamiento, sugiere la necesidad de rever la prevalencia de contenidos a evaluar y reflexionar sobre la mensuración de los resultados esperados de los alunos de cursos superiores de educación profesional.Esta pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, procura refletir sobre os métodos avaliativos utilizados antes e durante o período de distanciamento social provocado pela pandemia de covid-19, utilizando uma rede pública de instituições de ensino superior profissional do estado de São Paulo como objeto de estudo.
