Resumo: Democratization of justice implicates in calling together citizens to actively participate in the resolution of their conflicts, encouraging them to create means to make it happen. In this context, we will analyze the importance of a change of mentality of legal authorities, specially judges, who must take an active role in the alteration of such paradigm. Furthermore, we will analyze the importance of this change in society itself, who must, as well, participate in this process
