Resumo: The present study aims to analyze the social transformations present after the event of the fourth industrial revolution. In this way, an attempt is made to assess the consequences in the labor law universe after the insertion of technology in this environment, and mainly, in the issue of “uberized” workers, a class of workers that emerged with the new job configurations resulting from technology, having to analyze the relationship formed between the worker and the company, trying to find out if the national and international legal order guarantee minimum labor rights to workers who participate in the new configurations of work in the fourth industrial revolution
