Resumo: The research aims to investigate the existence of an analytic dogmatic of the law. The issue is understood from the analytic rhetoric because the legal construction of eality starts from the opinions of those who deal with the law. The analytical rhetoric is structured in three levels, while the dogmatic structure is more simplified .
