Resumo: The present work deals with the anonymity and its constitutional fence, since in the internet the privacy of the users has been mined due to the exposure of data without the consent of these. Anonymity allows the user to protect their data, as well as a neutral environment for exposing their thoughts. The means of making this practice viable is civil disobedience, which enables citizens, in the midst of an unjust act of the State, to resist obeying state determination. Therefore, who uses anonymity virtually, can characterize the act of resistance, usual situation in the deep web, in which the users, when connecting, enter as anonymous in the network.

O anonimato possibilita ao usuário a proteção dos seus dados, assim como um ambiente neutro para a exposição de seus pensamentos. O meio de viabilização de tal prática é a desobediência civil, que possibilita que, em meio a um ato injusto do Estado, o cidadão possa resistir a obedecer a determinação estatal.
