The challenges of librarian performance in the face of information and knowledge management: perspectives on organizational culture and hybrid flows

Resumo: The research aimed to analyze the management of information and knowledge in librarianship, in addition to seeking to present the hybrid flows in organizational contexts. In its methodological framework, it can be classified as a qualitative, typologically exploratory and descriptive research, with bibliographic and documental outlines. He took upon himself the task of seeking to analyze curricula of on-site Bachelor's Degree courses in Librarianship, from public universities in the Southern Region of Brazil. In addition, reflections and inferences were made on information and knowledge management in organizational contexts, as well as in librarian work. The formal, informal and hybrid flows were located in the librarian's role, in its managerial aspect, in terms of the library as a learning organization. Based on the results and an analysis in the context of professional librarian work, it is concluded that most of the challenges related to librarian work in the face of organizational culture and hybrid flows are related to the lack of professional autonomy, with regard to decision-making. decisions and the implementation of actions that have visibility, dissemination and adherence by the institutions that maintain such spaces.

Em seu arcabouço metodológico, pode ser classificada como uma pesquisa qualitativa, tipologicamente exploratória e descritiva, com delineamentos bibliográficos e documentais. Tomou para si, a tarefa de analisar os currículos de cursos de bacharelado em Biblioteconomia presenciais, de universidades públicas da Região Sul do Brasil. Além disso, foram feitas reflexões e inferências sobre a gestão da informação e do conhecimento em contextos organizacionais, assim como na atuação bibliotecária. Os fluxos formais, informais e híbridos foram situados na atuação bibliotecária, em seu aspecto gerencial, no que se refere a biblioteca como uma organização aprendente.
