Resumo: | The film Tudo azul (1951), directed by Moacyr Fenelon, was part of a national-popular cinema project, backed by leftist filmmakers, in an attempt to articulate social criticism in a light-hearted manner. In recounting the anguish of Ananias, a minor official, unknown composer and father of several children who works at an insurance company but dreams of becoming a famous songwriter, Tudo azul represents an attempt to combine elements of carnivalesque slapstick and melodrama from a realistic perspective. |

Editora FGV2013-08-16info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.fgv.br/reh/article/view/6958Revista Estudos Históricos; Vol. 26 No. 51 (2013): History and Audiovisual; 133-153Revista Estudos Históricos; v. 26 n. 51 (2013): História e Audiovisual; 133-1532178-14940103-2186reponame:Estudos Históricos (Rio de Janeiro)instname:Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV)instacron:FGVporhttps://periodicos.fgv.br/reh/article/view/6958/9373Napolitano, Marcosinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2017-06-14T20:55:19Zoai:ojs.periodicos.fgv.br:article/6958Revistahttps://periodicos.fgv.br/rehONGhttps://periodicos.fgv.br/reh/oai||biblioteca.digital@fgv.br||eh@fgv.br2178-14940103-2186opendoar:2024-03-06T13:01:55.423426Estudos Históricos (Rio de Janeiro) - Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV)true |
