Resumo: This paper intends to bring to our time the Weberian analysis categories and apply them to the organizations' moral diffculties (ethics of labor, of business, and of organizational relations). It raises five hypothesis of study based upon the systematization ofMax Weber's ideas about culture and ethics, and upon concepts such as elective affinity, rationality and method.
