Resumo: This paper proposes a discussion about the changes in health management related to the introduction of new virtual technologies. As an new theme, this discussion will contribute to rethink the health management process, especially in public health services. The authors believe that this kind of innovation could produce high impact over health teamwork and its working processo They also underline the need to direct this technology to reach equity in the Brazilian health system.

Destaca a atualidade do tema na gestão empresarial e aponta sua introdução na gestão em saúde.
