Resumo: This paper consists in an exploratory study to identify the factors that have sped or impaired the rendering of Labor Justice in the state of Espírito Santo, as well as the actions that could be taken to make it more effective. It analyzes the factors Iisted by 30 interviewers directly related to the area, using the management systemic approach.
