Resumo: The success of the automation process depends, among other variables, on an adequate training of human resources. The training planning must be based on precise information on the technological changes, the way the changes are introduced in the workplace and what are their effects upon the occupational structure of the labor force. Because the labor force training is oriented to the enterprise demands, enterprise and school should care about working together to fulfill this educational purpose.
