Resumo: This paper consists in an exercise of ethnography of scientific knowledge. It starts by the ethnographic description of the Corporate Culture Research Group, comprised of anthropologists from Unicamp and administrators from EAESP/FGV, in an attempt to understand how anthropological and administrative knowledge meet. It then highlights the deadlocks that the construction of an interdisciplinary study must face, taking into account the different traditions and intellectual horizons based upon which the members of those different academic communities speak.
