Resumo: The competitive advantage of the organizations more passes each time for the development of new organizational struc-tures, by the establishment of nets of cooperation with all the intervening entities in the chain of supply and new meth-odologies of management and planning, supported strong for communication and information technologies. This essay aims to present the concept of virtual organization. The essay is complemented by a study of the bibliography that ex-plain of the sprouting of the virtual organizations and argues its implications for the Administration.

Este trabalho tem como principal finalidade apresentar o conceito de organização virtual.
