Resumo: | This article provides a contribution to the discussions about the theme interpersonal trust within organizations in the Organizational Economics perspective. It introduces trust as a central element to the implicit coordination of organizational tasks and its relation with organizational performance. Understanding interpersonal trust as a central element for a better understanding of relational contracts, this article illustrates the relevance of trust to the coordination and performance of organizational tasks. |
