Resumo: The article works in the beginning with theories of organizational culture, specially with those that seek to compare international cultures. From this point, one take account of the vision that these theories present of Brazil, followed by the comparison with the main anthropological and sociological theories of Brazilian cultures. To conclude, a psychoanalytical framework is used in a prospective sense.
