Resumo: | The challenges of Social Assistance Policy in Brazil are still immense. In order to assure the social minimums condition, from the Constitution of 1988 and the implementation of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), the Human Resource Management is being considered as structural, which includes Social Assistance professionals training that, through his own discretion acts, are the final the policy implementer. Within this context, this study aims to investigate the e-learning education as a driving tool for the Social Assistance Policy, providing to government managers involved, elements to assist the evaluation, decision and incorporation of the e-learning education in their teaching strategies of social assistance actors. |

Objetivando a garantia dos mínimos sociais, a partir da Constituição de 1988 e da implantação do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS), a gestão de Recursos Humanos passa a ser considerada como eixo estruturante, inclusive no que diz respeito à formação e capacitação de profissionais da Assistência Social que, que no exercício da sua discricionariedade, são seus efetivos implementadores. Neste contexto, este trabalho se propõe a investigar modalidade de Ensino à Distância (EAD) como ferramenta impulsionadora do SUAS, oferecendo aos órgãos gestores envolvidos, elementos que contribuam
