Resumo: The challenges of Social Assistance Policy in Brazil are still immense. In order to assure the social minimums condition, from the Constitution of 1988 and the implementation of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), the Human Resource Management is being considered as structural, which includes Social Assistance professionals training that, through his own discretion acts, are the final the policy implementer. Within this context, this study aims to investigate the e-learning education as a driving tool for the Social Assistance Policy, providing to government managers involved, elements to assist the evaluation, decision and incorporation of the e-learning education in their teaching strategies of social assistance actors.
