Resumo: | Purpose: to analyze the collaborative relationship between consolidated company and startups focused on managerial innovation. Originality: non-technological innovation has become a contributing factor to the performance of organizations, especially in innovation environments (Damanpour, 2014; Su et al.; 2018, Angelidou et al., 2022). Method: with a qualitative approach, it was a case study with data collection through documentary research and semi-structured interviews with representatives of the local innovation ecosystem, the consolidated company and startups, subsequently made a content analysis. Results: the relationship between companies has brought gains, with managerial innovation being one of them through: the local innovation ecosystem that generates a cooperative environment and proximity between different companies; of actions of the consolidated company for training and monitoring of startups, being inspiration and support; the agile and flexible nature of startups that quickly implement ideas, being a laboratory for the consolidated company; of the recursive nature of the relationship between them generating an upward spiral of shared knowledge and experience. Conclusion: It is possible to create managerial innovation from collaborative relationships, in an environment that encourages interaction between different agents. |

Conclusion: It is possible to create managerial innovation from collaborative relationships, in an environment that encourages interaction between different agents. Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies2023-02-02info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionPeer-reviewed Articleapplication/pdfhttps://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/article/view/73710.24023/FutureJournal/2175-5825/2023.v15i1.737Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies; Vol. 15 No. 1 (2023): Janeiro - Dezembro; e0737Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies [FSRJ]; v. 15 n. 1 (2023): Janeiro - Dezembro; e07372175-5825reponame:Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategiesinstname:Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA)instacron:FIAporhttps://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/article/view/737/521Copyright (c) 2023 Lucas Tech dos Santos, Janaína Maria Buenohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTech dos Santos, LucasBueno, Janaína Maria2023-08-15T19:54:05Zoai:ojs.future.emnuvens.com.br:article/737Revistahttps://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/oai2175-58252175-5825opendoar:2023-08-15T19:54:05Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies - Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA)false |
