Resumo: Hospital portals that manage health related data are becoming increasingly popular since they play an important role to provide, acquire and exchange information to its users. This study aims to verify how the hospital portals are contributing to the expansion of users knowledge by the analysis of interactive features associated with three mechanisms of knowledge management: Knowledge Access (KA); Knowledge Creation (KC); and Knowledge Transfer (KT). The study is exploratory, descriptive and qualitative, classified as a survey, and involves the standardization of data collection instruments (questionnaires and interviews) applied directly to people of a particular population to evaluate the knowledge management the portals present on the university hospitals from northeastern of Brazil. The results indicated that the proceeds of access to knowledge (AK) prevailed over other confirming the results found on the Asians and Americans hospital portals.

Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies2013-12-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionPeer-reviewed Articleapplication/pdfapplication/pdfhttps://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/article/view/12510.24023/FutureJournal/2175-5825/2013.v5i2.125Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies; Vol. 5 No. 2 (2013): Future Studies Research Journal; 134-154Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies [FSRJ]; v. 5 n. 2 (2013): Future Studies Research Journal; 134-1542175-5825reponame:Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategiesinstname:Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA)instacron:FIAengporhttps://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/article/view/125/245https://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/article/view/125/233Copyright (c) 2014 Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategiesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessHekis, Helio RobertoSousa, Kleber CavalcantiDiogenes, Jamil Ramsi FarkatValentim, Ricardo Alexsandro de MedeirosFerreira, Luis Miguel Domingues Fernandes2018-07-19T15:44:24Zoai:ojs.future.emnuvens.com.br:article/125Revistahttps://www.revistafuture.org/FSRJ/oai2175-58252175-5825opendoar:2018-07-19T15:44:24Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies - Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA)false
