Resumo: | The objective of this study was to develop and characterize thermodynamically stable micellar systems, organogels and emulsions (O / A), with and without ethanolic extracts of the fruit of oiti [Licania tomentosa (Benth.) Fritsch], for topical use. The formulations were evaluated as their organoleptic, macroscopic, microscopic characteristics. Accelerated stability, optics and distribution, droplet size and zeta potential were tested. Evaluated too its spread ability and texture in vitro. The organogels and oxy-emulsions were stable up to 90 days, within the optimum pH range for topical use, and with appreciable in vitro sensory characteristics. Therefore, it is possible to develop organogel systems and emulsions from the ethanolic extract of the oiti pericarp, bringing sensory factors that value the Brazilian flora as raw material for the production of cosmetics. |
