Resumo: Gastric bypass comprise a set of surgical techniques, with scientific backing, with or without the use of orthotics, designed to promote weight reduction and treatment of diseases that are associated with and / or are aggravated by obesity. Neuroendocrine tumors are epithelial neoplasms with neuroendocrine differentiation predominant. They are rare neoplasms, with slow-growing and are characterized by the ability to store and secrete peptides and neuroaminas. This paper aims to report a case of a patient who presented a neuroendocrine tumor being in this clinical follow-up after bariatric surgery performed.
