Resumo: The present article aims the possessory theories. To do so the classic theories of ownership of Savigny and Jhering were analyzed and from there one searched other three authors which we understand to have contributed for the current state of the art ownership, which are: Silvio Perozzi, Raymond Saleilles and Hernandez Gil.
