Resumo: The present article refers to an intervention project of Permanent Education developed in the Foster Care Service of a city in the metropolitan region of Curitiba. Permanent Education represents learning on the job, aiming at the critical apprehension, reflection and transformation of daily practices. Thus, three micro-interventions were carried out that addressed the themes of co-management of collectives, network analysis of the work process, identification of the problem and critical nodes. This is an experience report, where the tools of Permanent Education were used, in which the contextualization of the practice scenario, methodological path, planning and evaluation are described. As a result, the construction of a strengthened collective able to capture the essence of Permanent Education and observe its applicability in everyday work was boosted. Moreover, it was possible to identify that the precepts and tools of Permanent Education, coupled with its basic concept of meaningful learning, have demonstrated to have significant transformative potential of the actions of a given territory.

La Educación Permanente representa el aprendizaje en el trabajo, apuntando a la aprensión critica, reflexión y transformación de las prácticas cotidianas. De ese modo, se realizaron tres microintervenciones que abordaron los temas de cogestión de los colectivos, red analizadora del proceso de trabajo, la identificación del problema y los nodos críticos. Se trata de un relato de experiencia, que utiliza como metodología las herramientas de la Educación Permanente, en que se describe la contextualización del escenario de práctica, la ruta metodológica, planeamiento y evaluación. Como resultado, se impulsó la construcción de un colectivo fortalecido capaz de captar la esencia de la Educación Permanente y observar su aplicabilidad en el trabajo diario. Además, se pudo identificar que los preceptos y herramientas de la Educación Permanente, vinculados a su concepto básico de aprendizaje significativo, han demostrado tener un importante potencial transformador de las acciones de un determinado territorio.O presente trabalho refere-se a um projeto de intervenção de Educação Permanente desenvolvido no Serviço de Acolhimento Familiar de um município da região metropolitana de Curitiba. A Educação Permanente é aprendizagem no trabalho, visando a apreensão crítica, reflexão e transformação das práticas cotidianas. Desse modo, foram realizadas três microintervenções que abordaram as temáticas de cogestão de coletivos, rede analisadora do processo de trabalho, identificação da problemática e nós críticos. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, onde foram utilizadas as ferramentas da Educação Permanente, em que são descritos contextualização do cenário de prática, percurso metodológico, planejamento e avaliação. Como resultado, impulsionou-se a construção de um coletivo fortalecido capaz de captar a essência da Educação Permanente e observar sua aplicabilidade no cotidiano do trabalho.
