STATE OF THE ART OF MEMES: in search of new investigative paths for the teaching of Portuguese Language

Resumo: This article aims to make an inventory of scientific productions related to working with internet memes in Portuguese language classes. Therefore, it follows a qualitative approach using a state-of-the-art literature review methodology, in order to systematize what has been researched and disseminated on the subject in 15 publications in scientific journals and 11 dissertations. Among the productions, scientific articles published in national journals and dissertations located in Google Academic, CAPES journals, Digital Libraries, and others, in the last decade in Brazil. The entire compilation was analyzed by reading the title, abstract and its keywords, as well as what has been the contribution of memes to the teaching and learning process of students. As main results, we point out some reflections and the indication of some gaps that we believe are subject to more in-depth investigations in the future.

Por lo tanto, sigue un enfoque cualitativo utilizando una metodología de revisión de literatura de última generación, con el fin de sistematizar lo investigado y difundido sobre el tema en 15 publicaciones de revistas y 11 disertaciones. Entre las producciones, artículos científicos publicados en revistas nacionales y disertaciones ubicadas en Google Scholar, revistas CAPES, portales de congresos, Bibliotecas Digitales y otros, en la última década en Brasil. Se analizó toda la compilación mediante la lectura del título, resumen y palabras clave, así como cuál ha sido el aporte de los memes al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Como principales resultados señalamos algunas reflexiones y la indicación de algunos vacíos que creemos son objeto de mayor investigación en el futuro.Este artigo tem como objetivo fazer um inventário das produções científicas relativas ao trabalho com memes de internet nas aulas de Língua Portuguesa. Para tanto, segue uma abordagem qualitativa utilizando-se uma metodologia de revisão de literatura do tipo estado da arte, a fim de sistematizar o que tem sido pesquisado e disseminado sobre o tema em 15 publicações em revistas e 11 dissertações. Dentre as produções, artigos científicos publicados em revistas nacionais e dissertações localizadas no Google Acadêmico, periódicos da CAPES, portais de congressos, Bibliotecas Digitais, e outras, na última década no Brasil. Todo o compilado foi analisado através da leitura do título, resumo e das palavras-chave, bem como qual tem sido a contribuição dos memes para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos alunos.
